Wagyu Beef Coming 2022
Wagyu is a breed of beef cattle originating from Japan, also known as “Japanese cow.” These are originally draft animals used for agriculture, as they are well known for physical endurance.
Wagyu cattle are different from the traditional breeds of British, European, and BosIndicus cattle that were bred in Australia for more than 100 years. They are medium-sized hardy cattle, with some unique meat quality attributes.
When compared to other breeds of cattle, Wagyu beef is famous around the world, and it has a higher level of intramuscular fat, and meat texture is finer resulting in a flavor-some eating experience.
Wagyu beef is a superior one with a marbled appearance and very tender that melts in your mouth.
Red Angus / Simmental
The Red Angus is similar in conformation to the Aberdeen Angus, a medium size animal. It is reddish-brown-colored beef cattle that are registered separately from black Angus cattle in Australia, Canada, and the United States.
The breed has unparalleled popularity both in the USA and internationally.
Simmental
We purchased a wagyu bull to breed with Red Angus / Simmental cross cows to make a 50% wagyu calf. We plan to sell calves for raising or can be delivered for processing.
